What's worked for you?

It is early, and it is openly an experiment. Early is the good news, not the apology. Early means you can shape it.

Tell me one thing that genuinely worked, for you or for someone you have coached, mentored or quietly steered. And, if you can, the part most people skip: why it worked then, what made the timing right, what made you or them ready for it.

Here is where I think the value is.

On its own, one story is just a story. Gathered, sorted, and held up to the light by people who have watched these things for a living, a few hundred become a map of what works, for whom, and when. You add what you have seen. The practitioners add the judgment of long experience. You get back something none of us had alone.
